Dear Parents,
We welcome you formally to a new
academic term-“Summer Term.” We thank God Almighty for the privilege of another
term, another opportunity to impact on/care for your children. We trust that
this will be another pleasant and eventful term.
A quick line up of our
innovations and activities for this term are;
Introducing Imperial English from
Euvola Diction and Accent Polish Academy. EDAP is an arm of Euvola ventures
registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission, based in Nigeria and work on
spoken English and polish to a level of International acceptance. They
specialize in training staff and learners of schools, customer relation
officers of organisations and many other places that spoken English and or
public relations is required.
On first contact with a person,
he/she is assessed and almost always, judged immediately by the way he/she
speaks; little wonder we attribute good speakers to being schooled, even though
it’s not always the case, since we have some very schooled people but have a
lot of mother tongue interference in their expressions owing to the nature of
our local languages whose meanings are based on tone (tonal) as such dismissing
them otherwise.
Every human being is born with
what is called “Language Acquisition Device” (LAD) and this is at its peak from
age 0-3years old; meaning a child is able to acquire and retain as many
languages as introduced to him/her; making us see how important it is to
introduce Imperial English language practise as early as crèche.
To this effect, we introduce to
you Ms Sim Ahamadu whose organisation is an expert in coaching. She will be
coaching both children and Teachers in both the Crèche and Pre-School from
Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018. This has come at a cost which we feel is
nothing compared to the advantage this skill will give us in the larger
society. I therefore wish to notify you
that going forward from the month of May, the management, prefers the payment
of care giving be made quarterly in advance (N90,000 per quarter) for the
conveniences it avails the school. We solicit for your support in this regard
and apologize for any inconveniences this might cost you.
